2) Quantity of Apparel
3) Type of Print (Embroidery/Silkscreen/Heat Transfer)
4) Size of Design (Crest/A4/A3/Custom Size)
5) No of Colors (Front & Back, Pantone Color?)
6) Design Ready? (Attach highres jpeg format/pdf/psd/ai)
